Suggested Use:

Fill the dropper with the desired serving size and squeeze under the tongue to let the oil absorb. Best to wait 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing the liquid. Wait three hours after initial (first time) use to see how the strength level may affect you. Take note of how your body has adapted to the oil on a weekly basis and adjust your serving size based on your desired effect. Administering the oil serving under your tongue will allow the body to process it more quickly and reach your bloodstream sooner. Choose your strength and amount according to your personal needs.

For first-time users, we suggest 1 to 3 drops sublingual.
Regular users can begin with 3 to 5 drops sublingual.

It’s important to remember that it may take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes for the effects of delta-8 to kick in. So, take things slow! And start with a drop or two every 20 minutes.
